Like many of us lockdown had taken a bit of a hold on me and I was slowly but surely getting unfit, unhealthy and further out of shape.

When I first started my waistline was the biggest thing but now my waist is small and I feel better than ever, smashing my runs, eating healthy and getting leaner by the week.

I am here to show you what can be achieved with the right attitude, work ethic and plan. I cannot wait to share the next chapter ahead in my journey.
